EU-agenturer og EU's internationale samarbejde
ECDC arbejder tæt sammen med EU-agenturer såsom Den Europæiske Fødevaresikkerhedsautoritet (EFSA), Det Europæiske Lægemiddelagentur (EMA) og Det Europæiske Miljøagentur (EEA) om den europæiske antibiotikadag. ECDC deltager desuden i den transatlantiske taskforce om antimikrobiel resistens (TATFAR) og er i tæt kontakt med EU's fælles aktion vedrørende antimikrobiel resistens og sygehusinfektioner.

Transatlantic Taskforce on Antimicrobial Resistance (TATFAR)
TATFAR was created in 2009 to improve cooperation between the U.S. and the European Union to reduce the threat of antibiotic resistant (AR) germs.

EU-JAMRIA is a European Union Joint Action on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Healthcare-Associated Infections (HCAI) that brings together 44 partners from 28 countries and more than 30 stakeholders.
